Warranty
Steer Straight, LLC products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of shipment from Steer Straight, LLC factory.
Warranty field repair will be paid only if authorized by the factory prior to performance of work. Authorized field repair will be reimbursed at the rate of $60.00 US per hour. Units returned to the factory for warranty repair will be accepted freight prepaid. Warranty repairs will be returned prepaid UPS Ground, domestic only. Expedited freight will be at the customer’s expense.
Steer Straight, LLC warranty policy does not apply to equipment which has been damaged due to improper installation or operation, or that has been subjected to accident, abuse, misuse, water damage or modification.
This warranty specifically excluded Steer Straight, LLC for any consequential damages including but not limited to the loss or damage of any vessel, structure, or to any person or persons or any delay suffered in connection with the use of this product.
Returns: All authorized returns for credit of unused products are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus the cost of damaged parts. Returns will be accepted only if they are properly packaged and returned freight prepaid.
