Dealer Policy
Discount: Servicing dealers and volume OEM dealers receive a discount based on sales volume.
Terms: Net 30 day. Overdue accounts will be assessed 1.5% monthly carrying charge.
Prompt Day Discount: 5% of net invoice amount excluding freight charges may be deducted if the invoice is paid within 10 days of the invoice date. Prompt pay discount will not be allowed on accounts that are not current.
Warranty: Please refer to Steer Straight, LLC’s DOMESTIC WARRANTY POLICY.
Returns: All authorized returns for credit of unused products are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus the cost of damaged parts. Returns will be accepted only if they are properly packaged and returned freight prepaid.
